I have over 12 years experience as Fitness Professional, as well as 30 years personal experience in various training modes and sports. These Include:
Football, Boxing, Kick Boxing Mixed Martial Arts, Cross Country/Long Distance Running Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, Power/Bodybuilding.
As a PT I have a great desire to help each client achieve their goals in whatever capacity they aspire to, and to help them find a plan of action to suit them as an individual, their current condition and ability levels, But with great emphasis on learning and development of correct lifting techniques and postural importance whilst performing in whatever form of exercise being undertaken to provide you with the tools to progress safely and optimally, allowing anyone from any walk or stage in life to reach their physical and mental potential, though still in a relaxed and fun manner to help you enjoy your training life to the best of mine and your ability.
