I have been a personal trainer for 3 years now. I have experience in all different areas of fitness, including body building, CrossFit and Olympic Lifting to specific training styles such as boxing and sports specific training. My passion is good movement and creating strong lifting foundations with lifting, and I enjoy helping others recover from injuries and limitations as I have personal experience with this.
A lot of people come to me and tell me that they are anxious about coming to the gym or feel self-conscious about their body or fitness level, especially training in front of other people. I have been there and understand how daunting it can be. My aim is to make all of my clients feel fully relaxed and comfortable with me. I love to help people achieve their goals and change their lives.
