Since joining Waites Gym in March 2018, I have built a strong client base and I have helped them gain their personal goals of improved fitness or weight/ fat loss by creating individual step-by-step plans tailored to their needs.
I aim to help people through ongoing motivation and, more importantly, I educate them to allow them to maintain and progress their goals once they have left my supervision.
Through my recognised qualifications as both a Fitness instructor and a Personal Trainer, combined with my ongoing thirst for knowledge or research and new developments within the fitness sector, I help my clients build muscle, strength and improve their overall physique and lifestyle.
